Service Refund Policy

1. No Refunds after a project has started or if earth care was not allowed at least 3 reschedules + the original appointment date

2. No Refunds for materials that were purchased by Earth Care after project has started
3. There is a $200 cancellation fee on all cancelled work if cancelled within 24hrs prior to start time by the client.

4. Earth care Reserves the right to charge Restocking fees, Material costs, Administrative expenses, As well as Labor costs, and these will be deducted from any potential refund

5. Earth care has up to 180 days to provide a refund if it so chooses to do so

6. Earth care is not required to give a refund if the client requests to cancel

7. If the client disputes the charge Earth care has the right to re bill the client along with a $200 dispute fee doing so will also have the account sent to collections and the charge reported to the credit bureau

8. Earth care will refund to the original payment method or gift card only as it chooses to do so

9. Earth care reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a ticket at no penalty up to 3 times .

10. We Reserve the right to refund you in the form of a gift card if we so choose and that decision is final. your gift card will never expire

11. The contractor not showing up or being late does not entitle the client to a refund. please see reschedule policy

12. Client has the right to request another contractor for free only if they elect not to pay the original contractor

13. No Refunds if the client misses their appointment without contacting earth care to reschedule in writing

14. only Earth care can reschedule a ticket and not the contractor

15. Failure to allow Earth Care to reschedule forfeits any and all rights to a refund

16. Client has the right to cancel their service and get a voucher equal to the number of hours worked that can be used toward future service

17. If a ticket is cancelled the associated earth points are cancelled as well

18.Earthcare does not guarantee a tech will be out on time for same day bookings and does not make this guarantee due to short notice. please expect your tech to either be a few hrs late or to arrive next day. if you need emergency service please order over the phone

Using Earth care or it services means that the user acknowledges and agrees to the above information and using the book online feature means that their order counts as a purchase agreement or service contract

Service Reschedule Policy

1. Earth care has the right to reschedule a service call up to 3 times without notice

2. The client has the right to request Earth care to provide 3 alt options when rescheduling
3. There is a $200 cancellation fee on all cancelled work if cancelled within 6hrs prior to start time by the client.

4. The client has the right to request a reschedule up until 1 hr before the pro arrives onsite.  or if  the pro is going to be over an hr late . once the pro arrives onsite their is an $49 reschedule fee due to the pro onsite to cover their time and gas.

5. Rescheduling is subject to availability

6. Earthcare does not guarantee a tech will be out on time for same day bookings and does not make this guarantee due to short notice. please expect your tech to either be a few hrs late or to arrive next day. if you need emergency service please order over the phone

7. Earth care is not required to reschedule when the client refuses access to pro with no prior notice given

8. Earthcare reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a ticket at no penalty as long as it informs the client and provides at least 3 alt dates within 7 days of the initial request

9. Client reserves the right to reschedule up to 3 times

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

 

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Earth Care.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Earth Care, accessible from carbonneutrallawn.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Connecticut Each retailer may set its own refund policy, which must be conspicuously disclosed at the time of sale. If the policy isn't properly disclosed, or if the retailer doesn't have a refund policy, a buyer may return purchased goods for a refund.

Delaware There's no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements. Whether you can receive a refund is dependent on the retailer's return and refund policies.

District of Columbia There's no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements. Whether you can receive a refund is dependent on the retailer's return and refund policies.

Florida Retailers that don't offer refunds must clearly display this fact at the place of sale. Failing this requirement, customers may return goods for a full refund within 20 days of purchase.

Hawaii Each retailer may set its own refund policy, which must be conspicuously disclosed at the time of sale. If the policy isn't properly disclosed, merchants are required to provide refund.

Massachusetts A seller's refund, return, or cancellation policy must be disclosed to the buyer clearly and conspicuously before the transaction is completed. This is usually done by means of a sign at the point of purchase. Goods may be returned within a reasonable period of time if no return policy was disclosed.

Minnesota A seller must clearly and conspicuously display written notice of its policy in boldface type of a minimum size of 14 points. If a seller fails this requirement, cash refunds are required of goods that are acceptable for return.

New York A store is legally required to post its refund policy. If the store doesn't post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Virginia A merchant must notify its customers of its return policy by a sign attached to the goods or placed in a conspicuous public area of the merchant's premises. A merchant is exempt from this requirement if it provides a cash or credit refund within 20 days or more of purchase.
